Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA or equivalent. Active New Jersey PT license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric diagnoses, post-operative care, and chronic condition management preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Days 0830-1630 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Location Highlights West Caldwell, NJ offers suburban living with convenient regional access.
