Required for one training visit to Lolita, TX and then as needed by business demands./liliDemonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity./liliMust have good oral and written communication skills/liliEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary./liliCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions./li/ulpJob Responsibilities:/pulliThe Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) must process purchase orders, sample requests, claims, set up new customer data, and handle other inquiries and requests through our system based on our procedures. Timely responses and attention to customers needs are inherent responsibilities. Open and skilled communication on problem resolution or issues that need clarification is routinely necessary./liliThe CSC is responsible for coordinating customer issues or requests through various departments to make sure that proper closure or resolution is achieved on the matter./liliThe CSC is responsible for managing daily reports provided to support issue status and take the required action needed on all issues brought forth as abnormal on the reports./liliThe CSC is accountable for managing and acting on all the accounts assigned to them, including - but not limited to orders, samples, claims, sales reps requests/inquiries, etc./liliThe CSC will process orders through order entry system and process all sample requests via sample system./liliThe CSC will respond to inquiries from various departments or customers/liliThe CSC will review and take required action on all reports./liliThe CSC will enter new customer data and route through necessary departments for set up; coordinate orders, samples, new accounts, other issues through our system and work with all related departments to ensure customer satisfaction./liliThe CSC will follow all company procedures to ensure company interest and direction is sustained./liliAny additional functions and or special projects that may become necessary based on business demands./li/ulpInteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
