Lead large-scale government IT programs, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for federal agency clients.

Operations Atlanta, GA / Reston, VA Full-time Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycle for federal IT contracts
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and designers
  • Track and report on program milestones, risks, and financials
  • Interface with government contracting officers and stakeholders
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement across program operations
Requirements
  • 10+ years program/project management experience
  • PMP or PgMP certification
  • Experience with federal acquisition and contracting
  • Proven track record managing $10M+ programs
Nice to Have
  • ITIL certification
  • Agile/SAFe experience in government settings
  • Experience with DoD or civilian agency programs
