Remote GLP-1 Obesity NP/Physician Multistate Telehealth

OptiBMIze is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician to join our virtual obesity and metabolic-health program. This role is fully remote and initially part-time, with a transition to full-time around January 2027 as patient volume expands.
Ideal candidates will have GLP-1 / weight-management expertise, 15+ active state licenses (NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, NY highly valued), and a track record conducting efficient virtual visits. Strong organization and responsiveness are essential.
