Manager Plant Controller

Manager Plant Controller (M/F/D) Tasks Key Finance business partner for Operations on performance, efficiency, and cost issues Preparation and moderation of regular performance reviews (monthly/quarterly), including root cause analysis and action tracking Support for initiatives to increase margins and productivity Owner of the product costing policy in accordance with IFRS and identification of cost drivers in bills of materials, work plans, routings Regular determination, analysis, and continuous improvement of production-related key performance indicators (KPIs) Execution of cost center controlling within the manufacturing area Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning for operations (cost centers, product costs, investments, headcount) Continuous improvement of reporting processes Preparation, analysis, and commentary of monthly reporting Qualification Completed degree in economics (e.g., business administration, finance, controlling, or industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in inventory-related accounting, operations/plant controlling, and/or production-related controlling Practical experience in SAP ERP (CO-OM & CO-PC ideally also CO-PA) in the controlling/costing environment, ideally product cost calculation is a must Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working, high affinity for data and processes, and a pragmatic, hands‑on approach Business partner mentality Good German and English fluent written and verbal skills Requirements Start: asap Duration: 3-4 months Capacity: 5 days per week Location: onboarding onsite and then remote possible #J-18808-Ljbffr K-Recruiting GmbH
