As a Distribution Associate you will be responsible for: Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to support our warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and material handling. This role requires experience with RF scanners, warehouse equipment, and safety protocols in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities

Duration: 3+Months (with Possible extension)
Shift time: 2nd Shift

Order Picking (RF Scanner)
- Pick and process customer orders accurately using an RF scanner (RF gun).
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.
- Perform basic computer operations for order tracking and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and cooperative work environment, including high-demand periods.
- Maintain daily housekeeping and warehouse organization standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Order Packing & Material Handling
- Pack orders according to customer specifications, including:
- Special markings or labeling
- Custom stacking requirements
- Use of specialized pallets or packaging
- Retrieve, transport, and stage materials according to daily production and shipping schedules.
- Ensure all shipments meet quality and safety standards prior to dispatch.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills required.
- Certified or trained in operating warehouse equipment, including:
- Forklifts
- Standing crown pick trucks
- Turret trucks
- Pallet jacks
- Reach trucks
- Willingness and ability to work at heights up to 20 feet while using fall protection equipment.
- Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Comfortable working on concrete flooring in a warehouse environment.
