CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist )- Full time permanent opportunity in Ohio!

Join a fantastic CRNA team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio.

• Self-scheduling, 8, 10 or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time, no call
• Welcome new grads and experienced
• CRNA one-on-one mentoring for new grads
• Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
• Willing to train regional and blocks
• Care team model
• Opportunities for overtime if desired
• Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
• ENT, vascular, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

CRNA Compensation - W2 Hospital-Employed

• Base Compensation $300k
• Signing/Student support $100k (over 1-5 years)
• Paid Time Off 368 hours (8 weeks' vacation, 6 traditional holidays)
• Dues/CME/Board Certification $4k/yr
• Overtime $225/hr
• On-Call Rate, additional $ for Nights/ Weekends
• 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2)
• Sick Time Accrual 600hrs (FT: 4hrs/pay, PT: 2hrs/pay)
• Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + Malpractice

• Findlay Hospital , 150-bed, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center, 12-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit, Level II Special Care Nursery 32 weeks+
• Bluffton Hospital , 25-bed, specialty clinics, 24-hour ED, diagnostic services, outpatient surgery/procedures
• Findlay Surgery Center , freestanding facility, 4 ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, procedure rooms
• Precision Surgery Program, four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion
• Cerner/Oracle Health EMR fully integrated in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
• AI-assisted clinical documentation
