About Konikoff Dental Associates: For over 30 years we have been winning the hearts and smiles of families in Hampton Roads. We pride ourselves on providing a different kind of dental experience—one with a team dedicated to the highest quality of care and the idea that a trip to the dentist shouldn’t be scary. We provide specialty services all in‑practice and have 10 convenient locations throughout Hampton Roads.

What We Offer:

• Up to $25k Sign On Bonus for qualified applicants
• Full Time 4 Days/Week plus 1 Sat/mo (8am-12pm)
• Clinical Autonomy to diagnose and treat patients
• Compensation of $180,000-300,000+
• PPO/Fee For Service - No Medicaid or HMO

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of Virginia
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
