An Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace PT Patient Access - Online Scheduling Representative We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Medical Online Scheduler to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us streamline our appointment scheduling process! As a Medical Online Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting patients with our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for responding to patient inquiries via phone and email and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience using electronic medical records and scheduling software. You should also possess a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Required Education and Experience High school graduate or equivalent One year of related experience Assist the Referral Coordinators with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
