Job Description :

Olympic Shop Equipment, a rapidly growing distributor of premium shop equipment seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team in Arlington, WA. With sales growing in the past year, this is your opportunity to join a thriving company early and grow with us!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and full-cycle bookkeeping to manage our financial operations. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with our sales, customer service, and shipping teams in a supportive environment. Our office is conveniently located just 5 minutes off I-5 at exit 206.

Key Responsibilities :

· Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll using QuickBooks Online.

· Prepare and file payroll taxes and local sales/business taxes.

· Reconcile monthly bank transactions and perform inventory/asset audits.

· Assist our CPA with annual corporate tax filings and financial reporting.

· Create and maintain policy and procedural documents for financial operations.

· Process payments, manage collections, and ensure timely invoicing.

· Provide occasional HR support, such as onboarding paperwork or benefits administration.

Qualifications :

· 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online.

· Prefer Quickbooks Pro Advisor experience. 

· Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Experience with inventory audits, HR tasks, or customer support is a plus.

· Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
