Assistant Manager

JOIN OUR TEAM AT WETZEL'S PRETZELS - Boise Towne Square Mall Great hours, no early mornings and no late nights! Assistant Manager starting at $16/hour, paid Certified Bakery Manager training. Up to $17.50/hour depending on qualifications/experience. We are looking for a results driven Bakery Assistant Managers to be responsible for the overall store management in a fun, professional and respectful kind environment. Hours of operation 10am to 7-8pm daily. No very early mornings or late evenings. Responsibilities Training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance Additional manager duties as needed Skills Proven successful experience as a supervisor Powerful leading skills and business orientation Customer management skills Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus
