Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• State licensure required for radiology practice
• Proficient in operating X-ray and radiology imaging equipment
• Solid understanding of radiation safety standards and protocols
• Experience in capturing high-quality diagnostic images across a range of patient conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow detailed procedural instructions
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations including X-rays
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures with attention to safety and comfort
• Operate imaging equipment while adhering to established safety guidelines
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of images for physician interpretation
• Keep detailed, secure documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide patient-centered care
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment
• Educate patients about procedures, offering reassurance and guidance as needed
