Guest Experience Lead (GEL)

Description: A McDonald's Guest Experience Lead (GEL) is responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all of our customers. This role involves welcoming guests, assisting with self- ordering kiosks, managing customer inquiries and actively seeking ways to enhance the customer experience. They may also be involved with training crew members on service standards and guest interactions. So what does a member of our Crew Team get to do??
