Responsibilities include providing leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work culture. Qualifications BSN Degree required Registered Nurse with recent inpatient/acute care hospital experience (3+ years) At least 2 years of supervisory experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Team Lead, Coordinator, House Supervisor, or equivalent) Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, scheduling, accountability for patients and staffing results, and ensuring compliance Active MA license ACLS & BLS Certification CRRN preferred or eligible to obtain within 1 year of hire How to Apply Easy Apply by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and submitting your resume.
