Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• AL PT license required. Compact license accepted.
• Experience with Oasis required.
• Experience with HCHB required.
• PT experience required.

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Flexibility in hours required.
• No call requirement.
• Coverage area includes Cullman, Blount, and Marshall counties.

Location Highlights

Cullman, Alabama offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel routes. Smith Lake is about 15 miles from central Cullman and is known for boating, fishing, and waterfront views. Ave Maria Grotto in nearby St. Bernard features more than 100 miniature religious structures and sits about 4 miles from downtown. Hurricane Creek Park provides hiking trails and sandstone overlooks within roughly 6 miles of the city center, and Interstate 65 offers a direct drive to Birmingham in about 50 miles.
