Key responsibilities include: Assessing, intervening, and stabilizing trauma and medical patients with decisive action. Utilizing knowledge of general and specific health issues to address urgent needs. Applying triage principles to prioritize injuries based on medical necessity. Making rapid and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
