Work-life balance: No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays Except During Minimal Scheduled On-Call Rotation

• Locations: Openings available in both Sacramento and San Bernardino, CA

• (Relocation assistance available)

• Compensation: $310,000–$350,000; negotiable based on experience.
\n
• PLUS Sign on Bonus
\n
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n
• Light patient panel: 5–8 patients per day
\n

Qualifications: 

\n
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from U.S. medical school
\n
• Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution
\n
• Postgraduate training in a primary care specialty, preferably internal medicine or family medicine —geriatrics is a plus. 
\n

Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation

\n
• Current active California medical license
\n
• Current active DEA license
\n
• Board Certification
\n

Primary care Physician Overview:

\n
• Primary Care (80% of Time) : Provide comprehensive medical care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescription writing, and follow-up. Document care in medical records per policy and contribute to EMR enhancements. Offer 24/7 medical coverage as assigned. Participate in interdisciplinary team care planning and quality improvement initiatives. Initiate and support new medical programs aligned with strategic goals.

• Supervision (20% of Time) : Effectively lead and manage staff, adhering to organizational policies and employment laws. Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance appraisal, disciplinary actions, and problem resolution. Ensure a positive work environment, maintain team morale, and conduct regular meetings for leadership and staff development.
