"Are you outgoing, organized, and great at connecting with people?

DALCO Home Remodeling is looking for a **Marketing & Customer Engagement Assistant** to join our growing marketing team! This is a part-time position focused on connecting with potential customers, following up on marketing leads, scheduling appointments, and helping turn customer interest into opportunities.

This isn't a traditional call center position. You'll work directly with our marketing team to help manage the leads generated through events, retail partnerships, promotions, and other marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

* Connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in DALCO's products and services

* Follow up with leads generated by our Event Marketing Team

* Schedule in-home consultations for interested homeowners

* Reconnect with previous leads and customers who may still need assistance

* Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce cancellations/no-shows

* Keep customer and appointment information organized and updated in our CRM

* Communicate lead status and appointment results with the marketing team

* Assist with special marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach

* Help identify opportunities that may otherwise fall through the cracks

* Provide a friendly, professional first impression of DALCO

**Customer service, sales, appointment-setting, marketing, or phone experience is a plus — but personality, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much.**

Compensation

**$15/hour + performance-based bonuses**

This is a **part-time position** with the opportunity to earn additional income based on results.
