Position Title: Community Growth & Sales Manager 

Location: Cape Coral, FL (On-site, full-time)

What You'll Do

• Lead the sales strategy for our med spa services and wellness products.

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients (you'll be the friendly face they trust).

• Create and hit daily sales targets (we keep them clear and reachable).

• Track performance and celebrate both small and big wins with the team.

• Partner with our service providers to make sure every client journey is seamless, from first hello to post-service glow.

• Share ideas and feedback—your voice matters here.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay: $3,000/month

• Commission: Additional daily/weekly commission when you hit sales goals or exceed targets

What We're Looking For

• Sales or business development experience (bonus points if it's in wellness, spa, or beauty).

• A people-person with strong communication skills—you love connecting with others.

• Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.

• Comfortable balancing structure with a laid-back indie vibe.
