AMA Certified Medical Assistant - Front Office

Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing primary care and patient management in a supportive administrative role. Essential Responsibilities: Exhibit strong computer skills to manage daily tasks efficiently. Provide courteous and professional telephone communication with patients, visitors, and colleagues. Operate front office equipment with confidence and accuracy. Maintain medical records in compliance with established policies and procedures. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes proficiently. Handle patient payments accurately and prepare deposits accordingly. Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the practice. Education and Experience Required: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, full-time (40 hours per week).
