Amazon is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Kansas City, KS to lead and develop a team across Fulfillment Center operations. The role drives safety, quality, and performance while shaping staffing and leadership bench strength across the site. The position requires 7+ years of management in manufacturing/distribution, a Bachelor's degree, and demonstrated Lean/process-improvement experience.
