About us Hamlin Memorial Methodist Church is a small business in Farwell, TX. We are professional, agile, engaging and our goal is to coordinate and communicate the business and ministry of Hamlin Memorial Methodist Church. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist our Senior Pastor. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills and have a background in general administrative work as well as professional-level software skills. The position is open to candidates who prefer a more independent setting and will include working closely with the Senior Pastor as well as managing multiple projects for the department. Responsibilities Edit and proofread reports for grammar and accuracy. Organize and maintain records. Respond to telephone calls in a timely fashion. Prepare correspondence by entering data into a computer and format as appropriate. Check Email Accounts Receive Church Mail Prepare Sunday Bulletins Work on Monthly and Seasonal Tasks Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Hamlin Memorial Methodist Church
