Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8-Hour schedule from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting, focusing on critical care areas including ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Obs specialties. The nurse will be expected to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care and discharge planning. Responsibilities will include needs assessment, order DME, developing plans of care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Minimum of 2 years of acute hospital experience required.
• Active RN license required upon submission.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
• Prior experience in ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, or Obs specialties preferred.
