Systems Administrator II - Telecommunications

Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users and devices. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune environments. Support virtualization platforms, networking infrastructure, and firewalls. Assist with security initiatives, system maintenance, documentation, and infrastructure projects. Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities. Skills/Must Have 3+ years of systems administration and desktop support experience. Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, virtualization, and firewall administration.
