Overview Experienced Gutter Installer, Full Time, Percent pay model $50+ an hour depending on performance. Health and Dental Benefits, Additional Overtime/Bonus available, Paid Time Off and Career Advancement. This position is in rapid growth mode, adding another truck, and looking for additional experienced installers. This is an experienced position; the candidate will have at least 2 years gutter installation experience. A positive attitude and the ability to interact with clients and employees are required. You will be trained for leadership in the field, to be part of a team, and to grow with an established brand. Qualifications Must have 2+ years' experience in gutter installation Able to complete a full gutter job by yourself Positive attitude Excellent communication skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons Interest in growing with the company Willingness to work overtime/Saturdays as needed Be a team player A desire to establish a positive work culture Must be 18 or older Must have a valid driver's license Compensation Compensation: Percent Pay Model Based on Performance ($20 - $50+) -- Percent Rate Based on Experience.
