We're currently hiring an Experienced Sawyer to join our Boise weekend shift team . What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay 3-day workweek (more time off, better balance) Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) participation Stable, growing company with long-term career potential Positive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Set up work areas and safely position stone slabs Measure, mark, and cut materials to exact specifications Grind, sand, and polish stone as needed Shape and finish surfaces using templates and blueprints Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Follow all production and safety procedures Support general production tasks as needed • What You Bring 1+ year experience in a similar role (stone fabrication preferred) Experience with natural stone and engineered quartz Familiarity with Northwood equipment is a plus Strong math skills (fractions, measurements, precision cuts) Experience with hand and power tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.) Basic computer skills (MS Office) Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in wet conditions (hands/feet) Safely lift 35-50 lbs regularly Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements Why FLOFORM?
