County of Siskiyou is seeking a journey-level Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Yreka to inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair gas, propane, and diesel power-driven equipment including buses. Applicants should expect to provide their own tools and work with a team across maintenance crews. Incumbents will perform transmissions, air brake and hydraulic system work, and may weld or fabricate as needed.
