Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, coachable, and driven individuals to join our Summer D2D Sales Team who are experienced in door-to-door and want to take their career to the next level. This is a high-energy, performance-based role where you will generate leads, set appointments, and help homeowners identify roofing needs.
This is not an “easy” job—but it’s a high-reward opportunity for those willing to work hard, learn fast, and push themselves.
What You’ll Do
Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to generate roofing leads
Educate homeowners on roofing issues (storm damage, aging roofs, leaks, etc.)
Set appointments for inspections and estimates
Represent the Skabelund brand with professionalism and integrity
Track leads and performance daily
Work closely with sales leaders and project managers
What We’re Looking For
Previous door-to-door sales experience required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Coachable and willing to learn sales systems
Comfortable talking to new people daily
Resilient and able to handle rejection
Competitive mindset with a drive to win
