You Build Your Career.What you'll be doing:Fabricating and assembling various types of interior and exterior signs for national customersUsing various hand and power toolsUsing various types of equipment and machinery as part of the fabrication processUsing the computer to log jobs and progressChecking quality of workWhat we're looking for:Ability to read blueprints, or learn to read themAbility to follow instructions and work quickly, maintaining quality standardsBasic math skills - able to read a ruler and add/subtract fractions, inches, cm, etc.Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterityHigh degree of dependability -- able to consistently maintain a regular work scheduleResponsible team players eager to contributeBenefits and CultureAt Blair Image Elements, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our team.
