We are looking to hire fresh Bachelors keen to make a career in Finance. for Entry Level Brokerage Operations Analys t role Note Role starts on-site and then transitions to a hybrid role, 3 days in office* Interviews will be in person Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Title: Entry Level Brokerage Operations Analyst Duration – 12 months + (Possibility of Further Extension or conversion) Duties & Responsibilties Support the end-to-end settlement of secondary loan trades for the Leveraged Loan Trading Desk. Coordinate with traders, counterparties, agent banks, and internal teams to ensure timely trade closing. Prepare and process trade documentation, funding, and settlement activities. Resolve trade exceptions, documentation issues, and settlement delays. Maintain accurate records and provide regular trade status updates. Requirement's Bachelor's degree preferred but no essential. Strong interest in financial markets and operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous loan operations experience is beneficial but not required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and relationship management. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
