High Voltage and Substation Project Director

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time High Voltage and Substation Project Director to oversee High Voltage and Substation projects , primarily in the western United States . For this critical role, we are offering a yearly salary of $140,000-$175,000 (Depending on Experience). If you have what we're looking for, your salary is highly negotiable! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HIGH VOLTAGE AND SUBSTATION PROJECT DIRECTOR

• Extensive experience leading teams in high voltage and substation projects
• 5 or more years experience in high voltage and substation
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

A degree in construction management, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. We are really looking for the best person for this job and want to see what's out there! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT DIRECTOR

As the High Voltage and Substation Project Director, you oversee the project managers, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S. With your exceptional organizational skills, you facilitate efficient scheduling. You keep your finger on the pulse of all aspects of each project and check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction. Conducting yourself with integrity and using your exceptional communication skills, you maintain an excellent rapport with them at all times.

You are invested in our company and work hard to promote its success. Under your leadership, the project managers are inspired to take pride in their work and know precisely what is expected of them. Due to your exceptional ability to delegate efficiently and appropriately, you don't have to spend as much time on-site as you might otherwise. Though you do enjoy traveling and meeting with a variety of both employees and customers on a regular basis.
