We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical to daily operations, coordinating service calls, managing technician schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker, tech-savvy, and knowledgeable in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently based on priority, location, and skill set
- Manage incoming service calls and communicate clearly with customers
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
- Utilize dispatching software and mobile technology to track jobs and updates
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions
- Support field technicians with job details, parts coordination, and customer information
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and urgency
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HVAC dispatching or related industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC service operations and terminology
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers, dispatching software, and mobile applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively under pressure
Hourly Wage based on experience
