Risk and Central Monitoring Associate Manager

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Risk and Central Monitoring Associate Manager to lead Risk-Based Quality Management activities and central monitoring oversight for clinical studies. The role involves developing monitoring plans, conducting risk assessments, identifying trends through centralized data review, and supporting study teams across multiple time zones in a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Risk-Based Quality Management activities for assigned clinical studies
• Develop and maintain Central Monitoring Plans with appropriate approvals and alignment
• Identify, track, and monitor Key Risk Indicators and Quality Tolerance Limits
• Perform centralized monitoring reviews to identify trends, signals, and potential risks
• Deliver training and guidance to study teams on RBQM strategies and risk management processes

Requirements

• BSc, RN, or equivalent education and professional experience
• Minimum 4 years clinical research experience with 3+ years in Risk-Based Monitoring
• Prior experience as Central Monitor or within Central Monitoring function
• Strong knowledge of RBQM principles, risk assessments, KRIs, and QTLs
• Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and critical thinking
• Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
• Fluent English and proficient with Microsoft Office and clinical systems

Compensation: $65,500–$130,500 annually
