The Role

You'll provide in-home, concierge-level care to clients in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance)
• Homemaking, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Following the individualized care plan prepared by our Registered Nurse
• Accurately documenting care activities
• Reporting any changes in a client's condition to our RN / Director of Clinical Services
• Responding quickly and responsibly in emergency situations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active CNA license or HHA certificate (minimum 40-hour program), or ability to pass an HHA competency exam and demonstrate all required skills
• Minimum one year of experience as a CNA or HHA
• Current Level 2 Background Screen with AHCA
• Current CPR certification (in-person courses only)
