Production Support Associate Location: Jurupa Valley, CA Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Work You Can Be Proud Of. As a Production Support Associate in Jurupa Valley, you'll put in real effort and see real results. You'll help build products people use every day and get paid fair for doing it right. Requirements Ability to read, understand, and follow production recipes Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, USDA, and company food safety standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Job Duties Support the production team by preparing, assembling, washing, staging, and organizing cheese mix products for tamale production lines Follow plant recipes accurately to ensure product consistency and quality Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, USDA, and company food safety guidelines Clean and maintain assigned work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary production environment Assist with staging ingredients and materials for production Follow all company safety procedures and production standards Perform additional production duties as assigned Benefits Solid weekly pay that lands when it should Health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits Optional 401(k) for long-term saving Employee discounts that help out A safe, well-run production floor that keeps things steady The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
