Physical Therapist

Gifford Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist or a new graduate that can work independently as well as be part of our Berlin Health Center’s team. This role involves selecting and administering appropriate evaluation tools based on diagnosis and referral reason, as demonstrated by chart review. The ideal candidate will apply therapeutic techniques throughout treatment, regularly adjusting the treatment plan based on patient progress. They will document evaluation findings accurately and thoroughly according to department policies, and collaborate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members to address special needs and ensure effective treatment plans. Additionally, the individual will maintain productivity standards while efficiently managing non-billable time. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, decision makingabilities and attention to detail are required. Strong time management skills along with being an active team member, and holda strong orientation toward patient-centered treatment are essential.
