Lead Concierge

Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks a Lead Concierge to join the Administration team! The Lead Concierge serves as the weekend front desk lead while assisting the Business Office Manager with daily administrative tasks and special projects that support the operational goals of the department.Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 9am-5pmPay: $24.50-$25.00Shift: Full TimeMain Responsibilities:Support the Business Office with administrative and operational tasks, as well as assisting with the front desk schedule and coverage.Works collaboratively with the team to maintain 24/7 front desk coverage, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and providing shift support when needed to ensure seamless operations.Serves as a Lead to the Front Desk Team by answering questions, training new concierges and helping ensure concierges are completing tasks correctly.Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Supporting the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks and record keeping.Language RequirementAll team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
