Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Associate - Procurement Consulting Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Procurement - Transformation and Advisory Experience Level: Mid-Level𧭠About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven and analytical Senior Associate – Procurement Consulting to join our team. In this role, you will support strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, cost optimization, and category management initiatives for clients across multiple industries. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions, strengthen supplier relationships, and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.The Senior Associate will independently manage workstreams within sourcing and transformation engagements, combining strong analytical and consulting skills with client-facing responsibilities. This role requires the ability to influence stakeholders, drive category strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.ð¼ Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support procurement consulting engagements from discovery through implementation.Conduct spend analysis, procurement diagnostics, and benchmarking assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.Develop category and sourcing strategies, supplier management frameworks, and procurement governance models.Perform supplier market research and support RFP/RFI development, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and implement improvement initiatives.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to align procurement strategies with business objectives.Support procurement technology implementations, including Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Jaggaer, Ivalua, and GEP.Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, recommendations, and reports for client and internal stakeholders.Coach and mentor junior consultants while contributing to proposal development and practice-building initiatives.Qualificationsð¼Required and ðPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or consulting environments, with client delivery experience required.Strong understanding of procurement practices, technologies, and market trends.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.Experience with sourcing and procurement platforms, such as Ariba, Coupa, and Jaggaer, is preferred.Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Strong project management capabilities and familiarity with digital procurement solutions.Consulting experience required.Additional Informationðµ Compensation DisclosureThe base salary range for this position is $80K to $125K annually. This range reflects the base pay that we reasonably expect to offer for the role across our hiring locations.Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to:Geographic location (state and city of residence)Overall professional experienceDirectly relevant experienceEducation and certificationsIndustry knowledge and expertiseSkills and competenciesIn addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, or incentive pay, or commissions, which are not included in the listed base salary range.WNS complies with all applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency laws, including those in California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and Illinois.
