Ideal candidates should bring:

• A current SLP-CCC or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred, though dedicated new graduates are also welcome
• State licensure (or ability to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability to work in diverse academic and cultural settings
• Passion for fostering communication skills in students of varying abilities

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Providing direct therapy, both individually and in groups
• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports
• Participating in interdisciplinary meetings as needed
