Packager 1st Shift

Position Title: Packager

Wage: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, May end at 3:30pm - OT

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Packager for a company in Fort Atkinson, WI. This is a temporary role on 1st shift.

Packager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Package cards, collectibles, accessories, and other merchandise according to written instructions and quality standards

- Assemble and prepare packaging materials for product fulfillment

- Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and packaging requirements

- Box completed orders and ensure proper labeling for shipment

- Stack and organize finished product on pallets for shipping and distribution

- Maintain accurate production counts and follow fulfillment procedures

- Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient

- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Packager Requirements:

- No experience required; training provided

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

- Reliable attendance and positive attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Interest in collectibles, trading cards, or hobby products is a plus

- Ability to stand and work at a production or packing station for up to 8-9 hours per shift

- Ability to frequently use hands for packaging, sorting, labeling, and handling products

- Lift and move products weighing up to 15 pounds regularly

- Occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail
