Hours & Schedule Our progressive compensation model includes competitive base salaries with production compensation opportunities – plus, no negative accrual. You’re willing and able to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care, collaborate with a supportive team, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to a positive culture centered on continuous learning and patient‑focused care. We are open Monday through Friday with rotating every other Saturday hours from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and no evening, overnight, or on‑call responsibilities, giving you the ability to enjoy everything the Quad Cities area has to offer both professionally and personally.
