Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist
Heritage Medical Associates
Heritage Medical Associates is seeking a Clinical Scheduler to manage patient flow from arrival to departure in a busy medical office. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, review tests, and document in the EMR system. The role requires strong phone skills, accurate data entry, and the ability to coordinate referrals and insurance eligibility.
