O2 Fitness Front Desk / Customer Service Team Member

Responsibilities All Front Desk / Customer Service Team Members will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service and cleanliness to O2 Fitness members, prospective members and guests. Greet every member and guest with a smile, warm welcome Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions Sign guests up for memberships and schedule members for Personal Training orientation Assist with billing questions and handling member concerns Every team member is responsible for assisting the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the club. Refilling paper products, disinfectant bottles, folding towels and making sure all areas of the club are fully stocked is one of the key responsibilities of the member experience team. Inventory management of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars. Merchandising products and keeping the cooler stocked.
