Driver and Customer Service Representative

Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is searching for a full-time Driver and Customer Service Representative at our Waco, TX location at a starting wage of $20.00 per hour.

As a Driver and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our mission, which includes performing animal cremations, transporting deceased pets with our company vehicle, and returning cremated remains with the utmost care. This entry-level position offers comprehensive, hands-on training in cremation operations, requiring no prior degree or certifications.

The Driver/CSR position includes a full benefits package, available after 30 days of employment, which includes:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Driving company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.

- Transportation of pets to and from family homes or veterinary clinics.

- Maintaining a professional appearance (uniforms provided).

- Accurately completing all required paperwork and electronic forms.

- Operating cremation equipment (training provided.)

- Obtaining paw prints and other memorial items as requested.

- Using various tools and equipment to customize and package cremains for delivery.

- Keeping clean workspaces and vehicles.

- Providing high-level customer service both in person and over the phone.

- Handle and transport pets with the utmost respect and dignity at all times.

• Comfortable speaking to people with compassion and professionalism.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and successfully pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Successfully pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 75lbs unaided.
• A cell phone with the ability to call, text, and use a GPS application.
• Successfully pass a 4-panel drug test and background check.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering error-free services.
• To adhere to our strong code of ethics.
• Flexibility with scheduling is required. Shifts may vary.  

Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage
