Respond promptly to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms. Develop caring rapport, promote independence, and support self-care. Deliver care according to individual service plans. Maintain accurate care records and complete incident reports. Follow safety and infection control policies, promote a clean and safe environment, and assist with community cleanliness. Report concerns to ensure resident safety and comfort.
