Senior Credit Analyst

Independently manage a portfolio of complex, high-value customer relationships, including multi-entity and non-standard structures Own end-to-end underwriting decisions, including credit limits, terms, and structuring Perform comprehensive financial and credit analysis, including liquidity, leverage, cash flow, and operating performance Evaluate complex ownership structures and risk across diverse healthcare segments Monitor portfolio performance, identify risk trends, and implement mitigation strategies Resolve complex or high-risk credit scenarios, including escalations and non-standard requests Develop defensible underwriting recommendations and executive-ready insights Partner with Sales, Finance, AR, and external customers to structure credit solutions Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on credit risk and underwriting strategy Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced analysts Lead improvements in underwriting processes, tools, decision frameworks, automation, and standardization Support the evolution of credit policy, risk frameworks, and best practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in underwriting or corporate finance Strong understanding of financial statement analysis Strong digital mindset and ability to implement technological solutions Ability to collaborate inclusively with diverse stakeholders Strategic and analytical thinking with business acumen Adaptability and growth mindset Clear and impactful communication of complex information Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex customer relationships and making end-to-end underwriting decisions, with a strong focus on financial analysis and risk evaluation.
