CRM Marketing Analyst - Retail (Hybrid - San Francisco Bay Area, CA)

We are seeking a CRM Marketing Analyst with one of our global retail clients. This person will be a mix of marketing operations, campaign execution, reporting, and project management - someone who loves keeping the details organized, catching things before they fall through the cracks, and helping a team operate more efficiently.

This is a 40-hour per week, 6-weeks contract (possible extension), a hybrid role in San Francisco Bay Area.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Email, SMS, and push campaign QA + post-send validation

• Campaign calendars, deployment details, trackers, and documentation

• Weekly/monthly creative and channel performance reporting

• Basic Adobe Analytics pulls, dashboards, and A/B test readouts

• Testing programs and coordination with external partners

• Promo planning and execution support

• Meeting notes, follow-ups, briefs, and general project hygiene

• Ad hoc operational support as priorities shift.

Requirements:

• Have experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or digital marketing

• Have experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Airtable, and/or CRM messaging platforms

• Experience working across email, SMS, and push

• Can work with performance data and turn it into clear takeaways

• Bonus if you've worked with Movable Ink, Bluecore, Attentive, or similar martech platforms.

• Are highly organized and comfortable managing lots of moving pieces

• Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable QA'ing campaigns

Compensation: $40/hr. - $44/hr.
