Description Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Part-time) Location: Grand Villa of Ormond Beach Job Description: Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to fill the position of Front Desk Administrative Assistant. This part-time role requires a candidate with experience in administrative work and a willingness to adapt to varying schedules. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel Maintain front office operations and ensure a welcoming environment Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Assist with any additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or front office role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Flexible availability to work the following part-time hours: Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM Saturday 8 AM - 8 PM This position requires a background screening as mandated by Florida law.
