Main Assembly Operator Your Responsibilities:
- Assemble and inspect shell linings for cutting-edge medical devices.
- Suit up in scrubs and follow strict cleanroom safety protocols.
- Excel in a fast-paced production floor with repetitive, purposeful tasks.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic repairs.
- Maintain detailed digital documentation using tablets/computers.
- Collaborate and connect with teammates to achieve high standards of quality and productivity.
Environment & Expectations:
- Cleanroom setting: You'll wear scrubs daily and adhere to high standards of cleanliness.
- Personal restrictions: No jewelry, make-up, lotions, perfumes, false eyelashes, or fingernails extended past fingertips inside the cleanroom.
- Embrace repetitive tasks and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Shifts & Competitive Pay:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM | $17.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM 9:30 PM | $17.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM 5:30 AM | $18.50/hour
