Estas son sus responsabilidades como CSR en Mr. Electric Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente, usted es un miembro clave de nuestro equipo. Serás el primer punto de contacto que los clientes tengan con nosotros y darás forma a la percepción que el cliente tiene de Mr. Electric desde el principio. Estas son las principales responsabilidades de este puesto: Contestarás las llamadas de los clientes y programarás los trabajos de acuerdo con las necesidades del cliente. Asignará y dirigirá a los electricistas a las ubicaciones adecuadas de los clientes y controlará su ruta y estado para coordinar y priorizar sus horarios. Realizará un seguimiento con los clientes para preguntarles si les gustaría continuar con cualquier trabajo no vendido y asegurarse de que todas las necesidades e inquietudes de los clientes se aborden por completo.
